Haridev Joshi University of Journalism and Mass Communication (HJUJ), Jaipur aims to be one of India’s finest universities devoted to Media Studies and Mass Communication. The university is named after an illustrious former Chief Minister of Rajasthan, the late Haridev Joshi. Haridev Joshi University is dream project of Rajasthan Government.

Courses Offered by Haridev Joshi University

Mster of Journalism in Electronic Media (MJEM)

  • Duration: 2 years
  • Intake: 30
  • Eligibility: Candidates seeking admission into the M.J. (E.M.) Course shall be required to have passed any Bachelor degree from any recognized university. The candidate is also required to pass the entrance test / screening conducted by Haridev Joshi University of Journalism and Mass Communication.
  • Pattern of exam: The question paper shall include the following:
  1. Journalism and Mass Communication
  2. Current Affairs and General Knowledge
  3. Language skills

Master of Journalism in Media Studies (MJMS)

  • Duration: 2 years
  • Intake: 30
  • Eligibility: Candidates seeking admission into this course shall be required to have passed any bachelor degree from any recognized university. Students seeking to get into admission to this course are also required to pass the entrance test / screening conducted by the university.
  • Pattern of exam: The question paper shall include the following:
